Abstract: Based on the development status of China’s textile industry and the state of national quality system, the paper starts from the three basic components of national quality system, i.e., standards, inspection and certification to analyze the difference between the research status of the textile industry in China and in the United States, and provides the suggestion for improving the development of the industrial quality foundation.
