Abstract: In recent years, China’s ice and snow sports industry has grown steadily. Its expanded industry scales boost the rapid growth of the demand for functional textiles for ice and snow sports. This paper summarizes the development and application status of this kind of textiles based on China’s relevant policy planning of ice and snow sports, the market size of the ice and snow sports industry, and the consumer demand for related equipment.
