Abstract: Based on the finishing process of the dope-dyed fiber fabric, the paper implemented the continuous desizing and scouring process on the dope-dyed polyester/viscose/cotton-like PET blended fabric to improve the hand feeling and color vividness of the fabric. Different warp and weft yarn properties made the fabric has a melange effect. Through the specification design and liquid ammonia mercerizing, the enterprise developed a soft, fluffy, high color fastness and comfortable formaldehyde-free non-ironing polyester/viscose/super cotton-like PET blended fabric. Its color fastness reached level 4, and the non-ironing degree reached level 3.
