Abstract: The key points in the design and production of aloe modified viscose/cotton interwoven weft shear yarn-dyed fabric for bedclothes were discussed. According to the characteristics of the fabric, the fabric specification, colored yarn repeat and fabric weave were designed, and the parameters of the winding, warping, sizing and weaving processes were optimized rationally. Based on the process optimization, the fabric production efficiency was up to 96.4%, first grade rate in storage reached 99%.
