Abstract: The paper first introduces briefly the development of compact spinning technology both at home and abroad, and then analyzes the characteristics of the technology as well as the pros and cons of using this technology. It also discusses the necessity of innovating compact spinning technology and developing related textile products. Finally it points out several problems to be resolved in the future development of compact spinning technology.
