Abstract: This article mainly discusses how to improve the yellowing problem of spandex fibers in polyester/spandex fabrics by using YH liquid black 2, YH liquid black dyeing, and acidic reduction cleaning after dyeing with reduction clearing powder TF-288BF and the fabric fastness cleaning agent TF-288F. It was found that fabrics processed with this method could effectively eliminate the yellowing of spandex yarn, and the final color fastness to soaping was better compared to conventional powder dyes.
