Abstract: This paper introduces the basic structure and working process of the JWF1109 single roller opener, as well as its technical characteristics. It also analyzes the noil and the indexes of card sliver and yarn formation in the subsequent process. The results of production practice indicate that the JWF1109 single roller opener has improved the cleaning efficiency of the first impurity drop area in the blowing-carding unit. In addition to being smooth, reliable, and having high yarn-forming indexes, downstream users also recognize the JWF1109 single roller opener.
