Abstract: The textile and apparel industry and China’s economy share the same top priorities to a great extent. The transfer of industry is also in line with the need for coordinated development in the region. In this context, the paper examines China’s regional economic layout, the spatial pattern of the textile and apparel industry, and other relevant factors. Additionally, it explores the future trends of China’s regional economic layout. To promote the growth of the textile and apparel industry, this paper suggests measures and strategies for facilitating industrial transfer and collaboration in regional development. These recommendations focus on both inter-regional and intra-regional transfer of industries.
