Process Principle and Spinning Effect Analysis on Entire Stationary Flat Card


Abstract: The paper discusses the basic process principles of the entire stationary flat card, focusing on the analysis of the tooth shape design of the fixed card covering, the configuration of the web cleaner, and the key points of process design. In practice, the requirement for carding and exhausting impurities can be met through the reasonable selection of the tooth shape and density as well as the optimization of relevant process parameters. In doing so, the entire stationary flat card can realize a high-quality carding effect with low noil.
