Abstract: Taking the development of 37.5^® polyamide staple/lyocell fiber blended yarn as an example, this paper explored the spinnability and yarn performance of functional differential polyamide staple blended yarn and provided the corresponding technical measures for the problems in the blending process. According to the performance characteristics of functional differential polyamide staple, the spinning processes were adjusted and optimized. And the blended yarn of polyamide staple with moisture-adjusting and quick-drying functions was successfully developed, which further enriched the product varieties of polyamide fiber.
