Abstract: As the development of China’s chemical fiber industry entering into the new normal, the extensive development mode, which mainly relies on resource input and scale expansion, has been killed.Therefore, accelerating the development of intelligent manufacturing in China’s chemical fiber industry is of great significance for the purpose of promoting the supply-side structural reform, developing chemical fiber manufacturing to the mid-to-high end and becoming a chemical fiber power. This paper introduces the background, achievements and problems of China’s chemical fiber intelligent manufacturing, and puts forward the flexibility and multi-objective production measures of chemical fiber intelligent manufacturing.Finally, it makes recommendations for the development of China’s chemical fiber intelligent manufacturing.
