Abstract: Acetate is a unique fiber derived from natural materials. Due to its unique optical and mechanical properties, it is one of the best silk imitation product. The paper introduces the properties of acetate products, including linear density, hygroscopicity, electrical conductivity, tensile properties,chemical resistance, degradation properties, and thermoplastic properties, etc. From the perspective of fiber, yarn and fabric, the paper analyzes the processing points that need to be applied by enterprises, such as yarn protection, filament twisting, knitting, weaving, dyeing and finishing, etc., so as to provide a reference for the development of acetate yarn products.
