Abstract: The control precision and guide bar shogging distance of traditional warp knitting machine and the distance of combing cannot fully express the patterns with Chinese elements. But with the popularization of multi-bar warp knitting machine with modern electronic jacquard and the application of CAD and CAM technologies, this problem has been solved. Based on the latest models of multi-bar Raschel machine with numerically controlled jacquard device and the latest NC warp knitting technology research platform, new patterns with Chinese elements were designed on NC jacquard warp knitting machine, and achieved good performance effect.
