Abstract: The competitiveness of industrial clusters is the only way which must be passed development of Henan textile and clothing industry in the coastal city, in recent years, the clothing industry has been transferred to the central and western regions, the development speed of apparel industry in Henan province are further improved. This paper first from the textile industrial clusters in Henan province distribution situation, special development and transfer of industry which based on the Central Plains Economic Area,analysis of the competitiveness of industrial clusters, finally focuses on the competitiveness of industrial clusters of principles and methods.
