Abstract: Nowadays, there are more and more colorful apparel in the market, and the gradient color products are becoming more and more popular. By analyzing three defective production technologies of multi-color gradient products in the market, this paper discusses the control reformation of traditional four-color gilling machine, so as to realize the production practice of multi-color gradient products, with multi-color design, variable gradient length, low cost and high output. It can produce specialty yarn with balanced twist or single yarn. The production method not only satisfies the individualized demand, but also meets the diversification requirements of the design, and provides guidance for the large-scale production of the colored gradient yarn.
