Abstract: The competition in the yarn market is becoming increasingly fierce, and blending and color spun are being the latest trend. Different from the traditional weighing and blending technology, the paper introduces continuous precise flock blending technology of Rieter, which blending ratio of single raw materials is as low as 1%, and the blending ratio error is accurately controlled within 1%, providing endless possibilities for users to develop multi-fiber and multi-color innovative products. This technology can realize the simultaneous production based on four different blending ratios, which can reduce labor and cost, and provide reliable technical solutions for related users.
