Abstract: Antibacterial finishing could prevent wool fabrics from microbial damage. However, traditional chemical finishing had some shortcomings such as non-ecofriendly, decreasing properties of fibers and difficult to control the processing. In this paper, a biological antibacterial finishing in industrial scale was put forward based on the special catalysis of transglutaminase, and related worsted fabric with antibacterial property was produced.
