Abstract: From the perspective of antibacterial mechanism, types of combination with fibers and common finishing methods, various kinds of antibacterial agents used in finishing of wool were introduced, including metal ions, organic compounds, natural materials and nano materials. Moreover, the research progress and problems of these antibacterial agents were analyzed.
