Research on Treatment Technology of High Concentration Organic Wastewater Produced by Printing and Dyeing

2014年7月10日

Abstract: This paper conducted simple analysis on the characteristics of high concentration organic wastewater produced by printing and dyeing, and enumerated its treatment method. In addition, it proposed the processing technology of Fe/C micro-electrolysis, Fenton oxidation, bio-contact oxidation after comprehensive consideration on processing effect, operation cost and user-friendly control. Then optimal operation conditions were obtained through single factor experiment, which showed that in Fe/C micro electrolytic cell, pH value 3.5, iron and carbon volume ratio 2∶1, reaction time 1 h; in Fenton oxidation pond dosage of H2O2 2 mL/L, reaction time 30 min. Under these conditions, the processed wastewater indicators could meet national emission standards.

Key words: printing and dyeing wastewater; Fe/C micro-electrolysis; Fenton oxidation; biological contact oxidation; biodegradability
