From January to November in 2021, the output of chemical fiber was 61.39 million tons, seeing a year-on-year increase of 10.3%; the operating income of chemical fiber enterprises above designated size reached CNY 925.9 billion, up 29.8% year-on-year. Their profit totaled CNY 59.7 billion, surged by 221.9% year-on-year. The operating income profit margin was 6.5%, 3.9 percentage points higher than the same period of the previous year. 19.0% enterprises operated in deficit, narrowed 14.3 percentage points year-on-year.
