From January to March, the main business income of textile enterprises above designated size reached CNY 410.48 billion, with a year-on-year crash of 26%; the profit of the textile industry totaled CNY 11.55 billion, tumbling by 38.8% compared with the same period the previous year. While the main business income of enterprises above designated size in the garment and accessories industry reached CNY 256.81 billion, decreased by 23.5% year-on-year; the profit of the garment and accessories industry reached CNY 8.09 billion, with a year-on-year collapse of 43.5%.

From January to March, the main business income of leather, fur, feather and their products and footwear industry reached CNY 203.54 billion, declined by 22.5% year-on-year; their profit totaled CNY 9.28 billion, with a year-on-year decrease of 34.8%.

From January to March, the main business income of enterprises above designated size in the chemical fiber manufacturing industry was CNY 152.38 billion, down 25.4% year-on-year; and its profit totaled CNY 1.77 billion, plunged by 62.2% year-on-year. In March, the profit of industrial enterprises above designated size totaled CNY 370.66 billion, fell by 34.9% year-on-year.
