Abstract: According to the requirements of organic textile standard, hazard analysis was conducted and the critical control points for organic production of Tibetan carpets are determined: wool sorting, scouring,dyeing, knitting, carpets washing, setting, and sewage disposal. It demonstrates that the organic production can be realized and the organic property of Tibetan carpets can be kept through taking a series of measures such as building file management program, record management program, raw material purchasing program,incoming material acceptance and storage program, quality inspection program, sub-quality products controlling program, the list of permitted inputs, and procedure of using inputs and so on.
