Abstract: In order to better combine the artistry and technology of shoulder sleeve modeling in professional practice, higher technical requirements for design innovation are put forward in the garment market oriented by original design. The paper expounded the structure principle and basic form of three-dimensional modeling of shoulder sleeve from the perspective of structure innovation, carried out a comprehensive study on the style and structure of actual cases via three-dimensional cutting practice based on structure law,sought the innovation point of the combination of three-dimensional modeling and plane pattern, and sums up innovative ideas and methods that on the basis of static shoulder structure and functional design during the process of paper pattern finishing and technical rational optimization. It is believed that in the design of the shoulder sleeve with linear characteristics of line and curve, two-dimensional planar composition and three-dimensional space expansion are complementary. The use of three-dimensional modeling technology in the secondary design of shoulder sleeve modeling guides new thinking direction of design innovation and emphasizes the innovative concept that “hands-on” is “design”.
