Abstract: Ornaments play important role in exhibiting the style of denim wear as well as in expressing designing ideas and avoiding product homogeneity. Based on analyzing the ornaments on denim wear, the ways of expressing designing ideas and related techniques, the paper sums up the principle of designing ornaments for denim wear and analyzes the expressions and future developing trend of cross-culture elements in cultural innovation of modern denim wear, offering useful reference to designing modern denim wear.
