Abstract: This article analyzed and compared several foreign prototyping methods, including EMKO of Russia, LinJaqe of France, Mueller of Germany, Sitam of Italy and cultural prototype of Japan. These methods are developed on the basis of long-time experiences and practice. They have their own advantages and characteristics and play important role in meeting aesthetic taste and body form of respective country.
