Abstract: Based on introducing basic properties of smart and safety children’s wear and verifying reliability indicators of questionnaires by using SPSS software, the indicators for evaluating smart and safety children’s wear, including aesthetics, economy, comfort property, fashion and function as well as safety, smartness and environmental-friendliness, are determined, thus an evaluation system applicable to the designing and marketing of smart and safety children’s wear is established.
