Abstract: In this article, traditional and modified puff sleeves were analyzed. In the first part, taking western suit as example, by comparing traditional puff sleeves with round loaded sleeves in terms of style, specification and structure, the style, pattern features and modification function to human body of puff sleeves in modern fashion design were analyzed. In the second part, the structures of modified puff sleeves were analyzed.
