With the functional clothing´ s development and use, the study of the functional clothing pressure and comfort has become very important. In this paper, there´ s a survey of the subjective evaluation made by different persons who wear Beibeijia,and at the same time we use the virtual instrument garment pressure test system LabView 8.0 to test the beibeijia ´ s shoulder stress .It carried out objectively the relationship between beibeijia´s shoulder pressure and the human chest, shoulder width, large arm circumference, as well as the relationship between posture. And put forward suggestions for improvement related to optimization, provide some references for the relevant structural optimization and the functional design of clothing.
