In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of men shirts, men shirt manufacturing flow was divided into five modules: large body, collar, sleeves, combination of modules, ironing and packing module. To meet on-line customization variety and small batch production, the rapid response production line was designed according to its cycle time.
