Abstract: The application of various decorative design methods endows woolen sweater with different style and look. By using diversified stitch and structure, we can create not only different decorative effects, but also different looks for woolen sweater and this has been popularly used in woolen sweater design for underlining design concept and express individuality. This paper mainly discusses the effect of decorative stitch design on the style and look of woolen sweater, offering foundation for further improving the aesthetic of integral design effect of woolen sweater.
