Abstract: The article introduces the current status and development trend of the AI technology applied in textile and apparel pattern design, analyzes relevant advantages in improving the efficiency and quality of pattern design, as well as the challenges in terms of algorithms, technology, data, and other aspects. Taking the GAN and diffusion model-based pattern design platform for textile and apparel generated by the China Textile Information Center as an example, the article demonstrates its applications in trend prediction, brand cooperation, personalized customization and other aspects.
