Study on the Molding Preparation and Dyeing Effect of Automatic Rotor Spinning Dyeing Cheese

Abstract: This paper discusses the dyeing cheese preparation on rotor spinning equipment. By adjusting winding angle, cradle pressure and winding tension, the paper carries out research on the best molding process of the cheeses, and compares the color difference between the inside and outside of the dyed cheeses. Result indicated that the fully automatic rotor spinning frame Autocoro can prepare cheeses for direct dyeing. By adjusting various process parameters and adopting digital winding, the appearance of the prepared cheeses is well formed and without messy layer after dyeing, and the DEcmc color difference value of the inner and outer layers is small.
