Color Digital Management in Digital Ink-jet Printing of Polyester Knitted Fabrics

Abstract: In order to reduce the color difference between digital design artwork and printed fabric, the ink volume of a single channel was controlled during the digital ink-jet printing of polyester knitted fabric. Therefore, the paper proposed a color management correction scheme, i.e., the ink amount control method. The effect of the correction scheme was verified by the measurement color card of the standard color card. The results showed that after the ink volume control and correction, the color difference of the printed sample was reduced compared with that before the correction, indicating that the correction scheme has a better correction effect on the printing color of polyester knitted fabrics, so as to provide a basis for the realization of digital color management based on digital printing.
