Design and Application of Working Performance Monitoring System for Electronic Dobby based on Industrial Cloud

Abstract: In the service process of the electronic dobby, the dobby manufacturing and weaving enterprises can’t carry out the production process monitoring, for solve this problem the electronic dobby working performance monitoring system is designed and developed based on the industrial cloud. The system uses a centralized and distributed data acquisition platform to achieve diversified and efficient data collection.Using data processing, working performance recognition, fault diagnosis and other technologies in industrial big data environment, based on data integration analysis function, combined with data analysis techniques such as data mining, information data management and the radial basis function (RBF) neural network, the dobby working performance prediction and evaluation model is established. It provided intelligent, efficient,reliable and timely decision support for electronic dobby manufacturing and weaving enterprises, and the feasibility of the monitoring system through practical applications is verified.
