Research Progress of Fiber Surface Modification by Non-thermal Plasma at Atmospheric Pressure

Abstract: This paper introduces the modification mechanism, modification methods (i.e., plasma surface treatment, plasma polymerization deposition, plasma graft polymerization) of non-thermal plasma at atmospheric pressure, related generation methods (i.e., corona discharge, dielectric barrier discharge, glow discharge at atmospheric pressure, atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma jet), and its application in fiber surface modification.
