Construction of Three-channel Digital Spinning Transmission System and Analysis on Forming Mechanism of NC Spinning

Abstract: The paper detailed introduces the components and principle of drive system and control system of ring-spun three-channel digital spinning machine, analyzes the mechanism of on-line and off-line regulation of yarn blending ratio, linear density and twist, and establishes methods of spinning of five fancy yarns, i.e., mélange, segment colored yarn, gradient colored yarn, slub yarn, and segment colored slub yarn. In the end, the paper points out that the three-channel digital spinning machine can regulate and control yarn linear density, yarn blending ratio, and twist via regulate the draft ratios of three channels, that is, em, ey, ec, and spindle speed, so as to regulate and control the yarn appearance and structure, endow ring-spinning frame with double functions of yarn forming and color control. Three-channel digital spinning technology is a breakthrough of traditional spinning process.
