Research on Adsorption Properties of Adhesive Nano-silver Solution onto Viscose Fiber

Abstract: Spectrophotometer can provide a convenient way to test the concentration of nano-sliver solution, so it is used to analyze the adsorption properties and related mechanism of nano-silver solution onto viscose fiber. In this paper, the influence of concentration of nano-silver solution, dipping temperature and dipping time on adsorption to viscose fiber was discussed. Results showed that the adsorption capacity reached the greatest level when concentration of nano-silver at 70 mg/L; Below 70 ℃, adsorption kinetics complied with Quasi-second order kinetics, and its adsorption isotherm fitted Langmuir model; The adsorption process was physical adsorption and rising temperature could improve the absorption.
