Moiton Law and Factor Analysis of Electronic Gudie-bars on High-speed Warp Knitting Machine

In order to improve the speed and stability of the electronic traverse system on the high-speed warp knitting machine, on the basis of technical requirements of the high-speed warp knitting machine, this paper describes the mechanical structure of the electronic guide-bars, analyses the law which the guide bars should follow when they are sliding. Futher, this paper also analyses several factors which affect the motion of the guide-bars, and proposes some better ways to reduce the impact.
