Two Textile Projects Starts Construction in Xinjiang (04/20/2012)

On March 26, a ceremony was held in Tumushuke City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for celebrating the debut of 8 projects.

The projects include two textile projects: one is the first-phase project of Xinjiang Jinxing Textile Co., Ltd. for the first 100,000 spindles of planned 500,000 spindles; the other is the first-phase project of Tumushuke Tianhua Textile Co., Ltd. for 100,000 spindles of the planned 200,000 spindles. The first project will cost CNY 350 million. It is expected to generate an industrial output value of CNY 500 million and pre-tax profit of more than CNY 10 million and offer more than 800 job opportunities.

Tumushuke is situated on the northwest margin of Talinu Basin in South of Xinjiang. It is the largest cotton growing area in China and owns the largest piece of irrigated cotton field.
